My Story & Philosophy
I earned my real estate license in 2011 and quickly noticed something that didn’t sit right.
So much of the industry focused on the surface value of a home: square footage, upgrades, price per foot, yet very few people talked about how a home actually felt.
Was the land healthy? Were the materials safe to live with? Did the energy of the property support well-being?
I realized early on that a truly valuable home is more than walls and finishes. It’s a living environment that supports the people who inhabit it. It's not just a home it's a healthy environment. I created "Homes & Harmony" to promote wellness real estate.
Growing Up on the Hill
I was born and raised in Westfield, a place where childhood meant freedom and connection to nature. My backyard opened into a canyon where I spent hours exploring, picking flowers, watching hawks soar overhead, collecting peacock feathers, and listening to birds echoing through the trees until I heard my mom’s voice calling me home as the sun went down.
Only now, as an adult, do I understand what a gift that was: the space to roam, the safety to explore, and the peace that comes from living in close connection to nature.
That sense of home in nature became the foundation for how I see real estate today... not just as investments, not just as property, but as sanctuaries. Living environments that shape our health, happiness, and peace of mind.

The Palos Verdes Peninsula was designed with intention to preserve green spaces, honor the natural landscape, and reflect the charm of European coastal villages.
Our Mediterranean climate, olive trees, winding trails, and ocean views mirror the landscapes of Italy, France, and Spain.
It’s no wonder this peninsula feels like a slice of the Mediterranean with horses grazing, peacocks calling, and gardens spilling with bougainvillea.
